 Following visits to Kapama and Timbavati and blown away with the awesome, natural beauty of the wildlife and habitat, organised a specific visit to Kenya and the Masai Mara. The aim was not only to capture natural looking shots in the environment, but also a sequence of more arty, stripped back, high key monochrome images where the amazing wildlife takes centre stage.  This portfolio of landscape images tries to capture a moment in time. I have had the good fortune to visit the majority of these places as part of a vacation or organised trip of some description, and have photographed what is in front of the lens, irrespective of weather, or the potential for better light in the morning or evening.
