Alien Invader is a product of imagination from an original series of files shot on the banks of the River Chelmer. Using only sunlight, reflections on the surface of the water, slightly disturbed by the slow flow of the river. The original file was underexposed to keep any white from burning out, and then copied, folded, and stitched together. Some contrast and colour temperature adjustments made in post production. Whilst the title 'Alien Invader' is the title settled upon, the constructed image - with some imagination -almost looks like a wasp's head.
